About the Role The Head of Operations will be responsible for the effective day‑to‑day running of OV’s operations and for embedding robust, scalable operational practices across the organisation. Reporting directly to the COO/CTO, the role holder will be the lead individual responsible for the Isle of Man office and OV’s HQ operations.

Owning and coordinating business operations across teams, ensuring the company runs smoothly on a daily basis.
