Role Overview

Owns steady-state operations, maintenance, and uptime of all commissioned data centres. Ensures that performance, safety, and client SLAs meet or exceed contractual targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and operate the Central Command & Monitoring Centre (CCMC) for remote oversight.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for mechanical, electrical, cooling, and fiber systems.
• Maintain uptime >99.999% across all facilities.
• Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs using IoT and AI analytics.
