Head of Operations

Seeking an accomplished Operational Leader to serve as Head of India Operations , requiring an executive capable of professionalizing the India business, driving operational excellence, enhancing governance, and building a high-performance culture.

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 15–25 years of progressive leadership experience leading large-scale shared services, KPO, BPO, GCC, accounting outsourcing, finance operations or professional services organizations.
• Experience managing large teams in a multi-layered organization, business transformation, and organizational change.
• Strong exposure to UK accounting, audit, tax, compliance, or finance outsourcing environments preferred.
