About the role: What's in the Box
Our fulfillment centers are the beating heart of HelloFresh, and ‘De Kas’ in Bleiswijk is our flagship fulfilment site in the Netherlands. As the Head of Operations (internally known as 'Warehouse Manager'), you own the pre-production operation end-to-end: inbound, internal flow, reverse logistics, and everything in between.
You'll lead a team of roughly 100 FTE across three departments, setting the pace and the standard for how we move product safely, efficiently, and at scale. This is a high-visibility role with real decision-making authority. You'll have a direct line to the Site Lead and a seat at the table when it matters most.
