Job Summary
Head ofOperational Excellenceis responsible formanaging and improving the effectiveness and consistency of GWS Tool Group's manufacturing andlogisticsprocesses,plant lay out on Cad,incorporating and adapting technology, andidentifyingand implementing synergies to ensure process standardization and efficiencies across our operations. They will support manufacturing new products as well as existing allocations between facilities and external parties. In addition, this role will create and managethe capitalinvestment strategy and execution. The position reports directly to the EVP of Operations.Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and oversight of a Lean Manufacturing System inall productionsites,use six sigmafor improvingplant improvements.
