Job Purpose

Manager Nursing
is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role includes
leadership, training, scheduling, and operational management
, while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and promoting a professional nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities-

-Clinical Nursing Management

Analyze, upgrade, and implement
management systems
for clinical nursing staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to hospital standards.

-Policy & Coordination

Participate in all scheduled meetings

-Training & Development

Responsible for establishing and managing training and development of clinical nursing staff.

-Shift Management

Assign shifts and schedules on a
24-hour basis
