Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)

Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) who will be responsible for the design, management, and direction of the client’s organizational MEL strategy and methodology. This role aims to assess and track the social impact across all interventions and support participating companies in building and refining their own impact MEL frameworks.

MEL System Management

• Design and Implementation: Oversee the design and implementation of the programme’s MEL systems.
• KPIs and Tools: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, MEL tools, and define MEL responsibilities across the programme and related activities.
• MEL Tool Development and Dissemination: Create relevant M&E tools and formats; lead the provision of M&E‑specific technical training.
