In this role, you will champion our brand story, drive full-time student enrolment, and lead a cross‑functional team in a vibrant international school community.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Strategy & Growth through the design and execution of robust marketing, admissions, and retention plans to meet annual growth targets.
• Act as a visionary leader, coaching and developing a close‑knit school MAC team of 3–4 people to hit their KPIs.
• Take ownership of our CRM system as a super‑user, interpreting enrolment data and analytics to optimise our sales funnel and forecast future trends.
