The Head of Marketing Campaigns leads a specialist team responsible for shaping, agreeing and delivering BDO’s marketing campaign portfolio in partnership with the business. The role turns growth priorities and value propositions into integrated, insight‑led campaigns that drive engagement, demand creation and measurable commercial outcomes aligned to BDO’s sales methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain a rolling campaign portfolio aligned to growth priorities; build shared agreement on focus areas, audiences, sequencing, resourcing assumptions and measures.
