Head of Manufacturing Excellence

Allerton Bishop is partnering with a pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation to appoint a Head of Manufacturing Excellence based in Finland. This is a highly visible, site-level leadership role, sitting on the Site Leadership Team and playing a central role in driving manufacturing performance and operational excellence during a period of significant capital investment and transformation.
This role is suited to an experienced manufacturing excellence or operational excellence leader who can operate strategically while remaining closely connected to day-to-day manufacturing performance.
Role Overview
The Head of Manufacturing Excellence will lead the development and execution of the site's manufacturing excellence strategy, ensuring operational performance, continuous improvement and capability building keep pace with major Capex delivery and future growth plans.
