Head of Management Accounts

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Management Accounts function, overseeing the full month-end close to deliver accurate, timely reporting
* Produce performance and variance analysis, offering strategic insights to support data-driven decision-making
* Manage the consolidation of the UK P&L for management reporting
* Oversee balance sheet reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOX and internal controls
* Design, enhance and standardise processes, driving efficiency through automation and continuous improvement
* Line manage and mentor three Senior Management Accountants and coordinate the wider management accounts team
* Support annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Support statutory year-end audits, internal controls and SOX activities.
