Your Tasks Lead and ensure compliance with the department’s KPIs and objectives by implementing appropriate methods to achieve the goals assigned to the department. Control and manage maintenance costs to keep the Business Units within the established targets; in conjunction with the Production Team Leader, make the appropriate decisions regarding the purchase/use of spare parts, services, consumables, tools for technical floor staff, and technical modifications (what, when, why). Plan and manage the necessary resources for the business areas and the maintenance budget, in accordance with sales forecasts and past consumption, making the necessary adjustments throughout the year...Ready to Apply?
