The ideal candidate has extensive experience with 10-wheel trucks and tractor heads , excels at leading maintenance teams, and is passionate about improving fleet reliability through both technical expertise and technology.

This role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, maximizing fleet availability, and driving the successful implementation and use of our proprietary Maintenance Management System.
