About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Maintenance to join a leading London based university, overseeing the operational delivery of maintenance services across a large andplex campus.
This role is responsible for managing hard FM services, ensuring statutorypliance, and driving high-quality maintenance delivery across a diverse estate including teaching facilities, laboratories, offices and student amodation.You will play a key role in ensuring that all buildings and infrastructure are maintained safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory standards while delivering a first-class service to stakeholders.
