An established financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Life Insurance to build and scale its Life business into a major growth engine.
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a Life insurance portfolio and transform it from a modest base into a market-leading business over the medium term.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the Life Insurance business as a standalone unit, with responsibility for strategy, growth, product development and commercial performance. The mandate is clear: scale Life premium volumes significantly, strengthen distribution partnerships, and establish Life as one of the organisation's most strategically important divisions.
