Job Description

Responsibilities:
In charge of all legal activities of the office and provide support to the transactional teams on sophisticated transactions
Drafting and organizing all documentation in association with incorporation of new companies and management of funds
Leading the team of Paralegals and supporting to the business in association with all aspects of the investments of the funds
Daily administration of the domiciled companies in assuring compliance of the statutory and legal requirements including KYC and due diligence procedures
Provide expert and strategic legal advice to the Management
Set internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors
Evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action
Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically
Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks
