Head of Legal & Compliance

Papirfly is a leading B2B SaaS Group (MarTech) with >250 employees across seven international markets. We are seeking a Head of Legal and Compliance to develop and lead our internal legal and compliance function.

This is a strategic leadership role with a heavy operational focus. You will be the primary legal advisor to the CFO and company. We are looking for a builder who is ready to streamline complex customer negotiations, reduce deal friction, and professionalise our multi-jurisdictional footprint (NO, SE, DK, DE, UK, FR, US).

1. Commercial Contracts & Operational Efficiency

• Architect the deal flow: Take ownership of the customer contracting lifecycle. You will identify friction points in our current enterprise sales process and implement a low-touch framework to accelerate deal flow.
