Your team

Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

Based in Geneva, this position reports hierarchically to the Head of HR Operations and Pictet Tech and functionally to the Global Head of Organisational & Talent Development. 

As such, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our Learning and Talent Development (LTD) strategy for our Pictet Tech and Operations business lines.
