Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on learning designer and facilitator to transform how TWPL builds and delivers training. This role is technical, creative, and delivery focused. You will design, produce, and deliver high-quality online, blended, and classroom learning experiences. You will define what good looks like for our learning products, modernise our materials, uplift our digital capability, and personally deliver flagship programs. This role is not responsible for P&L or commercial ownership.
Key Responsibilities: 
Learning Design and Content Creation
Design and build online, blended, and classroom learning experiences end to end.
Produce learning assets including interactive modules, videos, scripts, storyboards, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, assessments, and microlearning.
Apply adult learning principles such as scenario-based learning, spaced practice, and retrieval practice to drive engagement and real-world performance.
