**Key Responsibilities:**
- Team Leadership & People Development:** Scale and lead the Key User team, fostering a high-performance culture. Drive team performance through coaching in sales excellence, acquisition, and strategic account management. Enable the team with sufficient user knowledge and technical expertise to serve key users effectively.
- Strategic Channel Management:** Assume full responsibility for turnover, profit, and market share for the Bosch Power Tools portfolio within the direct-to-user channel. Develop and implement the local D2U channel strategy aligned with regional and country objectives.
- Business Development & Key Account Steering:** Generate profitable market share gains by identifying, acquiring, and developing a portfolio of large professional companies. Oversee the management of large national and public tenders from acquisition to fulfillment.
