Head of IT

Join a dynamic group as Head of IT to lead its technology function across infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise systems. You will drive a major ERP implementation and shape the group's IT and AI strategy across a multi-site operation. Key responsibilities Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned to group business objectives, including digital transformation and AI initiatives. Lead and drive the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a group-wide Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. Ensure high-availability IT infrastructure across a distributed, multi-site operation. Own cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance and data protection. Lead, mentor and develop a team of circa 10 across infrastructure, cybersecurity and business systems.
