About the Job

We are looking to appoint a

Head – Investment Banking

to lead and scale the firm’s Investment Banking vertical. The role will be responsible for

origination, execution oversight, revenue growth, and client relationships

across

Private equity fund raising, structured finance, and strategic advisory

.
This is a

senior leadership role

with direct responsibility for building a strong deal pipeline, closing marquee transactions, and institutionalising the IB franchise in alignment with the firm’s Wealth, PMS, and AIF platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the

Investment Banking business

, including Private equity fund raising, strategic transactions, and structured finance.
Drive

deal origination

through promoters, UHNI / Family Offices, PE/VC funds, corporates, and institutional relationships.
Oversee

end-to-end deal execution
