About the role
We are an international group of companies — 50+ employees across 20+ legal entities in 6+ countries (Europe, the Americas, and beyond). We are looking for a senior, hands-on leader to fully own and build out our international HR & recruitment function.

This is not a role for someone who maintains an existing process. You will be the architect of the entire department: the structure, the systems, the tools, the team, and the standards. The HR team today is being built deliberately under this scale (currently two specialists in Panama and Serbia, growing to four or five), and your job is to turn it into a fully structured, high-performing international department that matches the size and complexity of the business.
