We are seeking a Head of Industrialisation to lead the transformation of innovative product designs into scalable, cost‑effective, and production‑ready solutions. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that all products transition seamlessly from development into manufacturing – on time, at quality, and at the right cost – while supporting both local and global operations.
Key Responsibilities Lead the industrialisation strategy, ensuring efficient and scalable product transfer into production. Own and optimise the end‑to‑end industrialisation process, from design through qualification and release.
