JOB SUMMARY:

Industrial real estate agency management and brokerage in Hanoi, Vietnam. Manger and monitor the Industrial Services Department in North and Central Vietnam; including P&L responsibility, team management, corporate and key client relationships; landlord and developer client relationships and business development; target to maximize the revenue for the department.

Proactive, sales-oriented manager to lead the North & Central Vietnam team to source, progress, and close industrial leasing and investment opportunities between landlords, investors and occupiers in manufacturing, assembly, logistics, and data centers.
