Head of Human Resources

We're a fast-growing BPO with multi-site operations and a performance-driven culture. We're hiring a Head of HR (Peru) to own the full HR agenda for Peru while providing governance and leadership support across other GEOs. This role leads people strategy, HR operations, compliance, and leadership enablement to drive retention, hiring velocity, and operational stability.
What you'll do
Own the HR strategy and execution for Peru aligned to business goals (growth, retention, quality, profitability).
Provide HR leadership and standardization across GEOs (policies, playbooks, reporting cadence), while respecting local requirements.
Lead high-volume hiring strategy with TA (frontline + corporate), ensuring speed, quality, and onboarding effectiveness.
Drive retention and engagement programs (attendance discipline, recognition, career paths, internal mobility).
Lead performance management: KPI-based coaching, calibration, corrective actions, and manager accountability.
