- Hands-on HR generalist (recruitment, policy, payroll, compliance, PMS)

- Stable career – 2.5+ years average tenure, no frequent switches

- Handled 100+ employees (site + office staff) as a Head HR

- Strong recruitment execution (Bulk Hirings and Higher ups as well)

- Practical labour law knowledge (PF, ESIC, Shops Act, Contract Labour)

- HR systems implementation experience (HRMS, attendance, appraisal)

- Execution-oriented mindset, not only policy/theory

- Expertise in KPIs and performance management / tracking
