Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are seeking an Arabic-speaking Head of HSE with a background in the Oil & Gas or Real Estate industry to join their team in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing, monitoring, and refining the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures

Providing leadership and direction to managers of different departments and initiatives on all matters pertaining to HSE

Interfacing with internal stakeholders (HSE Managers, HSE Consultants, etc.) and ensuring the HSE agenda is cascaded down all functions of the company

Collaborating within and outside the company to develop and implement action plans to improve HSE performance

Tracking KPIs, ensuring that a logbook of indicators is maintained, and administering the HSE review process, and ensuring all departments maintain it as required
