The Role:

Reporting to the HR Director, located in the USA, you will collaborate with the organization’s leaders to increase organizational efficiency and conduct high-performance culture within the region while positioning plans, strategies, and initiatives with Global HR teams in The Americas.

You will be responsible for:

Managing the LATAM HR team to provide consistent services and practices to the employees according to each country and business needs.

Representing the global HR function, providing full-service HR business partner/consulting cooperation to client groups, and acting as the HR expert that the business trust, to make critical decisions that will have a true impact both short and long term.

Developing and building consistent HR processes that support corporate functions and comply with local law practices and corporate requirements.
