Rico is a fast-growing New Zealand startup building software that helps planners and councils prepare and process planning applications (e.g. resource consents) more efficiently and consistently.

Resource consents shape almost every built outcome in New Zealand, from housing to infrastructure to farming. The current process is slow, fragmented, and costly. We’re fixing that.

We’re a small, high-ownership team where what you build has an immediate impact on real-world outcomes.

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to lead Rico’s commercial growth strategy and drive customer acquisition, revenue expansion, and market development.

Tasks

You will report directly to the founders and own the end-to-end growth function, combining strategy, execution, and leadership to scale Rico across councils and planning consultancies in New Zealand and Australia.
