Head of Growth Marketing

InsureMO is an insurance technology middleware and AI platform serving carriers, brokers, and MGAs globally across API, DIPL, DataMO, AI PaaS, and MCP Server. We have clear PMF, a partner-led growth engine, and are building toward the next stage of scale.

We are looking for a result-driven, technical, hands-on growth leader to build and scale new demand channels beyond our existing motion. You will own SEO and AI Search, leads conversion rate optimisation, automated outbound, outbound calling workflows, and growth experiments that create qualified pipeline. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, RevOps, Product, Growth Engineering, and partners to turn insights into measurable revenue outcomes.
