We are seeking a **Head of Global Total Rewards & Mobility** to oversee GN’s worldwide strategy for compensation, benefits, executive pay, job architecture, and mobility. Reporting to the Chief People & Communication Officer, you will play a key role in defining reward frameworks that support GN’s transformation and attract a technology-native workforce.
