In this role, you will shape and lead our global buying strategy for finished goods, with full ownership of supplier performance, value creation, and organizational development. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution—driving business impact in a dynamic, international FMCG environment.

Strategy & Value Creation

  • Define and execute the strategy for Global Buying

  • Drive savings targets and overall value contribution 

  • Lead strategic negotiations and key supplier partnerships 

    • Supplier Leadership & Risk Management

  • Own and develop a strategic global supplier portfolio 

  • Ensure end-to-end risk management (capacity, geopolitical, financial stability) 

  • Lead escalation management for critical supply issues 

  • Drive supplier scouting and onboarding
