Head of GBS Insights & Analytics

Description

The goal of the Head of GBS Insights & Analytics is to transition Kraft Heinz GBS from a reactive operational team to a proactive intelligence team. As we automate the doing, you will build the capabilities for the thinking. You will lead the strategy to embed advanced analytics into the DNA of every service line (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, ...), ensuring that our global teams move from processing data to delivering granular, predictive insights and preemptive recommendations that steer the business.

1. Design a 3-year roadmap that (1) shifts GBS service lines from descriptive (What happened?) to predictive (What will happen?) and prescriptive (How can we avoid/optimize it?); and (2) enables GBS service lines to provide granular insights and recommendations on the transactions it owns.
