Role Overview

Prospectus is recruiting a Head of Fundraising for a new STEM education organisation dedicated to improving young people’s lives through STEM. The role is permanent, full‑time and offers a salary between £75,000 and £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the CEO and manage a 5‑person team.
• Lead major donor, corporate and trust fundraising strategies, focusing on long‑term, high‑impact partnerships to maximise income and financial sustainability.
• Drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi‑year funding, building on the organisation’s existing successes.
• Develop compelling presentations and packaging of the organisation’s offer, ensuring a clear case for investment and sustained income growth from corporates, trusts, foundations and high‑net‑worth individuals.
