Build up Regional long-term Framework, Digitalization and Risk Management Strategy in accordance with Global / Regional Strategy

Strengthen and active development of existing Steering Committees (e.g. Regional Sourcing Councils, working capital, financial risk, etc..)

Participate actively with the Purchasing AP team during Budget (Material, HC/OHC)

Development, Implementation and Supervision of Global Reporting Guidelines and Tools
