Head of Financial Operations

Finatal is partnered with a high‑growth, international PE‑backed SaaS business (c. €50 m revenue, 400+ employees) to appoint a Head of Financial Operations. The business operates globally and is executing a finance‑transformation programme to support rapid organic growth and an active M&A strategy, targeting €150 m+ revenue by 2030.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead end‑to‑end Financial Operations across the group, including AP, AR, credit control, cash management, systems governance, data governance and acquisition onboarding. The role is central to strengthening controls, improving efficiency and building a scalable, centralised finance operating model.
