Responsibilities
The Head of Finance/ CFO is responsible for leading the financial strategy, ensuring strong financial discipline, and safeguarding the financial integrity of Progressive Insurance Berhad (PIB). The incumbent oversees financial planning, reporting, capital and investment management, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures the organisation maintains a sound solvency position, effective cost management, and transparent reporting to the Board, regulators, and stakeholders.
