• Experience with the following:
• Attend and contribute to board, budget, and general management meetings
• Provide financial, HR, and operational input to support executive decision-making
• Oversee daily business operations and resolve operational challenges
• Financial management
• Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance across the Group
• Act as liaison between the Group and legal advisors
• Attend meetings with attorneys and external legal parties
