The role ensures projects align with organizational standards, quality benchmarks, timelines, and procedures, while providing actionable recommendations and solutions to resolve operational inefficiencies. Acting as the GM’s representative, the position safeguards operational integrity and enhances interdepartmental coordination without direct line authority over departmental heads.
