Head of Engineering

Opportunity:

We are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the delivery of engineering management and quality control within the Water, Aviation and Highways business.  This is a senior role reporting to the Water, Aviation & Highways Engineering Director.

The Head of Engineering will have significant experience leading the delivery of both Temporary and Permanent Works Management and Engineering Assurance with proven success. 

The person:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in Civil Engineering


• Chartered Engineer or similar and participation in affiliated bodies for example Institution of Civil Engineers


• Experienced in the management, surveillance and audit of engineering regimes


• Experienced in the leadership of temporary works solutions and management on complex projects


• Significant senior level involvement in large project tender tea...
