Head of Engineering

Brightsmith are currently partnering with a leading Hydrogen developer in Scandinavia looking to bring on a Head of Engineering to lead the technical function, shape the engineering strategy, and drive the successful delivery of complex, safety-critical projects from concept through to operation.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep engineering expertise with the ability to build teams, set standards, and turn ambitious plans into real-world assets.

Requirements

• Lead and own the company’s engineering strategy across all projects and technologies
• Build, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Oversee technical delivery from early-stage concept and FEED through detailed design, construction, and commissioning
