About the role

We are now looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Engineering to lead and develop the technical function within our Italian country organization. This role is key in enabling OX2 to deliver optimized, future-ready renewable energy solutions that support Italy’s national targets and contribute to the broader energy transition.

As Head of Engineering, you will lead the local engineering department, oversee workload distribution and resource planning, and ensure alignment with central engineering processes and tools.
