Position: Head of Engineering (Design Authority)
📍 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia

Act as the overall technical authority across all engineering disciplines
Provide engineering leadership and ensure alignment with project requirements and standards
Review and approve key engineering deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, calculations)
Lead multidisciplinary coordination and resolve design conflicts
Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards (ISO, NFPA, ASME, IEC)
Oversee safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL)
Support decision-making on engineering design strategy and technology selection
Interface with client, EPC contractor, and relevant authorities
