Role Objective:
To lead end-to-end engineering strategy, product development, and innovation in advanced mechatronic systems and intelligent mobility solutions, with strong expertise in robotics component engineering (including humanoid/complex robotic architectures), ensuring scalable, high-performance, and future-ready products.

Engineering Strategy & Technology Roadmap
Define and execute the engineering vision aligned with Advanced Mechatronics and Intelligent Mobility Systems.
Develop long-term technology roadmaps covering robotics components, actuation systems, embedded electronics, sensors, and control systems.
Drive innovation in AI-enabled motion systems, precision actuation, and intelligent control architectures.
Product Development & System Architecture
