As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll shape and deliver the Group’s digital strategy—enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement and commercial success across every online platform. From campaign performance and content creation to analytics, team development and agency management, you’ll lead a high-performing function at the forefront of Hill’s five-year plan.
This is a strategic, hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, innovation and collaboration. You’ll work across paid, organic and owned channels—bringing consistency, creativity and data‑led thinking to everything you do.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire a digital marketing team across SEO, paid media, content, social and analytics
- Manage Group and development‑level campaigns across multiple platforms and formats
- Oversee Hill’s website, microsites and digital brand presence
