Head of Digital Delivery

Our client is seeking a delivery-focused digital leader to own a major customer transformation roadmap spanning website, mobile app, loyalty, customer data platforms (CDP) and AI enablement initiatives.

We're looking for a technically credible delivery leader with experience in digital transformation, ecommerce, retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments. Experience delivering websites, apps, loyalty programmes, CDPs and managing third-party vendors is highly desirable.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on execution, stakeholder management and driving accountability. You'll lead delivery partners, oversee a £3m investment portfolio, improve ways of working and ensure key digital programmes are delivered successfully.
