Position:
In the position as head of Development ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) you will develop and execute strategy for own area as well as influence the area’s functional strategy, including setting clear objectives and deliver results to the projects and organisation.
Your new role you will be: 
Leading the department in line with Novo Nordisk Way. Managing approximately 10-15 specialists and lab technicians within own scientific area, being accountable for team performance and results. 
Identifying needs and opportunities for overall strategic changes in the culture and organisation or in the way by which the business is positioned.
