• Technical and managerial leadership of the production planning team, which currently consists of 4 employees
• Responsibility for the operational and tactical production planning of cable manufacturing, with the goal of optimizing resource utilization and meeting deadlines
• Creation, maintenance, and ongoing adjustment of production schedules, taking into account deadlines, batch sizes, and setup times
• Responsibility for the needs‑based procurement of raw materials, semi‑finished goods, and finished goods, as well as for implementing appropriate measures in the event of material shortages
• Planning, analysis, and management of short‑, medium‑, and long‑term capacities (staff, equipment, shifts)
• Active participation in S&OP, forecasting, and reconciliation processes
