We’re looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to take our data capability to the next level.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be buried in reports or endlessly responding to dashboard requests. We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, challenge assumptions, spot opportunities others miss, and help drive smarter decisions across the entire business.

You’ll lead a talented team of three data professionals and work closely with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Operations, Clinical, Pharmacy, Finance, and Customer Experience.
